Lexi (158)

Lexi was welcomed into the rescue as a stray. She had two surgeries to remove mammary tumors and a badly infected tail pocket. She is a relatively independent girl who enjoys attention and keeps to herself.

Adelyn (150)

Gender: F

Age: 3

Restrictions: SPECIAL NEEDS- Cardiac, No Pets

Adoption Fee: $500

Adelyn was welcomed into the rescue as a breeder surrender. She was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and a grade 4 heart murmur. She was an unexpected candidate for a surgery that corrected the cardiomyopathy, but she will always have the heart murmur. She also had FHO on one hip, and may need to have the other done in the future if it becomes an issue for her. She is very active and otherwise healthy, but she will need periodic check ups with the cardiologist and a vet who is experienced in doing FHO surgeries.

Roxie3 was welcomed into the rescue as an owner surrender. Due to financial problems, her family could no longer care for her medical issues. She has been treated for ongoing skin and ear infections, and has put some much needed weight on. She will need to continue daily meds for allergies.

Sammie was welcomed into the rescue as an owner surrender. She was never successully potty trained, and has been living in an outdoor kennel for the past couple of years. She is overall a relatively healthy girl who does well with some other pets.

Maggie was welcomed into the rescue as an owner surrender. She was having issues with passing poison ivy along to her owners after being outside, and they could not afford to put up a fence. She does not get along well with other animals, but is healthy, and already spayed.

Gypsy was welcomed into the rescue as a rescue situation. She was living outside tied to a tree until someone offered to take her. A relative tried to start her road to recovery by getting her spayed, but they knew she needed more care, and she was not getting along with their dog. She has been treated for eye and skin infections, but they are under control now.

Bella4 was welcomed into the rescue as an owner surrender. She was having issues with aggression towards the other dog in the house, and they felt it best for everyone if she found a new home with no other pets.

Ibby was welcomed into the rescue as an owner surrender. Her previous owner passed away, and relatives were unable to afford her care health issues. She recently had a tail amputation to address a serious infection, and ACL repair. She is very friendly and vocal, but can get very excited and would do best in a calm environment.
